“Mood in
people:
As we know,
people mood is always changing, we can be very happy, but if something happens
our mood changes, from being happy to angry; this is because of some internal
factors, our brain is affected if we have an abnormal level of
neurotransmitters, and this may provoke a mood disorder. Nevertheless, mood
swing can be an illness or just because we have several problems, like stress
or difficult situations; check the following examples:
If we are
happy, but suddenly we got angry or upset it doesn’t mean that we have a
several problem in our brain, it means that we are just having internal
problems, and we show them or take them away by changing our mood; by the other
hand, if we do not have those big problems, remember that we always have
problems but some of them are bigger than the other ones, and our mood changes
in an unexpected way, we may have a severe problem with our brain. Bipolar
people suffer a lots of disorders, as serious shifts in mood, energy, thinking
and depression, when the person is in this episode, he or she doesn’t pay attention
to what they do; they suddenly quit a job, spend a lot of money, and even they
are very depressed so they don’t leave the bed because they feel also tired. We
don’t have to get confuse with “teenage changes” because those could be like
silly things, it is not a big problem, it is just a stage that we all as humans
have lived; otherwise, if the person presents some particular symptoms, we have
to pay closely attention to them because it may be a severe problem; the
recommendation for this is that we have to go to the psychologist and make a
test about this moody shifts.”
